He even pointed out a couple of things that I need in addition to what i recognized but also what benefits i have to assist with my wheels/tires in terms of when i turn this vehicle in when my lease is actually up in a few months. The wait was not long, they wash your vehicle and provide a comfortable sitting area with WiFi, tea,coffee , fruit and a couple of 75 inch flat screen TV's! More

We were in the market to purchase a new Luxury SUV for my wife and from the very moment we walked in and were greeted by Erick, we were simply blown away. I could tell instantly that Erick took his job seriously and what really stood out to me were two things: He LISTENED, and he WORKED HARD. I don't trust people who don't do either one. Frankly, it is a rare thing indeed for a car salesman to use their ears more than their mouth, and the hustle and energy that Erick brought to finding us what we were looking for was obvious. He really listened intently and cared to understand what we truly wanted then worked hard to make it happen. Erick was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. He was also warm, personable, and all around great guy! After such a fantastic and positive experience, my wife and I would find it extremely hard to go anywhere else.
