SERVICE VISIT

I had to return my vehicle due to brakes still squeaking after bring fixed two weeks prior. My vehicle had a horrible fume smell when I drive and because it’s out of warranty by 2k miles they wouldn’t l after bring fixed two weeks prior. My vehicle had a horrible fume smell when I drive and because it’s out of warranty by 2k miles they wouldn’t look further into he problem. Although, the problem with the fumes stayed behind the warranty was up and is documented. I was told “ if your not happy with the result then contact BMW Corporate.” This was told to me by the serviced manager, my service representative was great! Horrible services! More
