As I was picking up this part the part department advised me to check with the service department I ordered a replacement reflector for my door jamb. As I was picking up this part the part department advised me to check with the service department to see if this part would be covered by warranty. Not only did they replace the reflector but checked the one on the other door and found it was damaged and replaced that too. More

What I appreciated was the fairness that was demonstrated compared to other dealerships I've dealt with. Of course, Reeves has a business to run, but at the end of the day, they will treat with you with respect and fair play. I ended up having actual fun with the process here and there. A spontaneous weekend landed me at Reeves (on April Fool's Day - ha). Within 30 minutes of being at the dealership, a car was on its way from Germany. It arrived 18 days later and I was like a kid at Christmas time. Thanks for the 2 F words, Reeves. ;) FUN & FAIR. More
