Excellent Customer Service at the Service Department I ordered a replacement reflector for my door jamb. As I was picking up this part the part department advised me to check with the service department I ordered a replacement reflector for my door jamb. As I was picking up this part the part department advised me to check with the service department to see if this part would be covered by warranty. Not only did they replace the reflector but checked the one on the other door and found it was damaged and replaced that too. More
