Great service in a time of need I was traveling to Tampa to see my Mom who was in the hospital when one of my tires blew out in my 740i. I have run flat tires so I was able to conti I was traveling to Tampa to see my Mom who was in the hospital when one of my tires blew out in my 740i. I have run flat tires so I was able to continue driving. I searched for BMW service centers through the car's navigation app and saw Reeves was just 4 miles from my location. The navigation routed me there but it was 4:45 PM on a Thursday and I was concerned the service department would close before I arrived. I called and the woman who picked up in the the service department told me to come right in. When I arrived she had a service advisor ready to help me. Corey listened to my situation and immediately called the service manager to see if they could replace my tire right away even though it was now after 5:00 and the technicians leave at 5:00. Corey informed me the techs had left but he could give me a loaner and replace the tire in the morning. This allowed me to continue to the hospital to see my mom that night. True to his word Corey phoned me in the morning to say my car would be washed and ready at 10:30 am. Thank you Corey and Reeves BMW for caring about my situation and providing such excellent service! So far I’ve had two routine services and one air conditioner repair under warranty. I’ve been treated like royalty on all three visits, and I have the highest praise for everything from the facility to my outstanding service advisor Jason, to the customer waiting lounge to the high end loaner I was given on my last visit. I plan to have the next service on my Volkswagen done at Reeves VW. If they are half as good as leaves a BMW I will be thrilled. More
