My favorite service representative, Greg Cataldo has always topped my expectations when it comes to customer service. He is very thorough, efficient and straight forward. He values my time by ensuring that I'm in and out of my appointment in a timely manner. During my recent visit, Greg ensured that I was able to get the best answer for my concerns - he is a true professional! I also had the pleasure of meeting Elvin, the service foreman. He was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to solve a very uncommon issue on my vehicle. Then he took the time to explain the issue in detail for me which I really appreciated. Another employee that I wanted to recognize is Joe from Enterprise Rental. He was very polite and helpful, and he ensured that I had the best vehicle available for the day. I also has the chance to meet the service manager, Mr. Ala Odeh. Ala was very responsive and thankful when I spoke to him regarding the outstanding service that I received from his staff. Great service but it’s the little things I always have positive comments about the service at Reeves. Jesse Chapelle is a great advisor and makes the process smooth and not time consuming. However, I just had my M4 convertible top worked on for a week and they returned it fixed... which is great....but... my car was returned with a ton of water spots. They had to test to make sure the leak was fixed which makes perfect sense except now I have to compound and polish my car which had no water spots when I gave it to them. These are not cheap vehicles and I would expect Reeves to use deionized water knowing the damage water spots can do to your paint. It’s the little things that differentiate you from the next guy. These water systems are not expensive to install and it would go a long way to keep your clients happy. More
