Great service. I needed a little repair work on my vehicle, and Mr. Joe Torres took care of me from beginning to end. Plus, Mr. Torres found a recall that my vehicle needed and since they had the parts available, they took care of me in one visit, saving me another trip to the shop. He has always been very honest with me, which builds trust. Since I have been visiting Reeves for quite some time now, doing regular maintenance on my vehicle, it seems that their service is getting better and better. And that is what you get when you keep tenured employees around. They do excellent work with their customers. Thank you Joe for taking care of my vehicle's needs. I wish I could add another star. He then gave me an approximate wait time for completion of the service. It took less time than expected, which is always nice. They have a comfortable waiting area with a coffee machine, cooler for water and drinks as well as snacks. I will return for future service visits. More
