I’ll begin by acknowledging Erin, the first contact from Reeve’s internet call center. She listened well and selected a sales advisor based upon my specific needs. She was a very positive first impression of REEVE’s BMW. Kathleen Favale, the client sales advisor promptly called me and, again, listened well and assured me that she would have answers to all my questions regarding the specific BMW Of interest as well as what my monthly lease payment would be. After meeting with her manager, Stewart, Kathleen quickly got back to me. She recognized that I was NOT interested in the negotiating game of “back and forth” and that she must “cut to the chase” and give me Reeve’s best monthly lease payment. Respecting that, I asked for no more. I scheduled an appointment to meet with her and see the specific car and determine if it was the right car at the right price for me. After many hours together, Kathleen went above and beyond to find other alternative BMW’s for me, In the final hour, I chose the initial one! Kathleen was very patient and understanding and someone I would highly recommend to those that are looking for a seamless car buying/leasing experience. Today, I took delivery of my BMW 320i and I’d like to first acknowledge Edwin, who inspected ny lease end BMW. He genuinely impressed me and I was pleased knowing that he will soon be one of Reeve’s BMW Genius’s. I feel confident that he will most definitely leave a very positive lasting impression with all those taking delivery of a Reeve’s BMW. Next, I met with Chase, the BMW Finance manager. He was warm and welcoming while providing me with a thorough explanation of all aspects of my new BMW lease. Excellent customer service I was choosing between several dealerships and ultimately decided on Reeves because they were willing to go above and beyond to earn my business. My salesperson Chris worked with me through many phone calls to help me get into the car I wanted, and managed my trade-in more than fair, they didn't try to low-ball me like all the others did. Staff was very friendly, from the BMW genius Michael who explained all the gadgets to Jeff in Finance, they all took the time to make it a classy experience. I was on the fence, but am so glad I went with Reeves BMW. They were so professional that we bought two BMWs in the family from Reeves BMW, Tampa. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family! More
Outstanding Service! We had previously leased our last 4 BMW's from our local Sarasota dealer. Our process for the 5th BMW was just starting. We received estimates from th We had previously leased our last 4 BMW's from our local Sarasota dealer. Our process for the 5th BMW was just starting. We received estimates from the local dealership on leases for two different X1's that didn't match our criteria.We did not want a white or black car. The quotes were for a white and black car. Out of curiosity I looked at inventory from dealers close to us. The on line chat was up for Reeves and I asked a question. They immediately connected me to Otis. He answered my question and gave me his contact info. I went on line and used the feature to build your own BMW. Out of respect for our previous business we had done with the local dealership I sent my BMW on line build profile to both dealerships sales people. The local dealer responded with a quote that was $3,000 higher than BMW's website price and with over a $100 per month higher lease rate. Otis responded and his pricing and lease payment matched the BMW website numbers. I responded to the local dealership that his numbers didn't add up. I was told to just ignore them. No corrected quote was sent from them. after a week, I contacted Otis and went ahead with ordering our X1 from him. The order was placed and Otis kept me posted from the time the order was accepted at the factory, to the manufacturing date, to the ship arrival date. Communication with Otis was always timely. When we went to pick it up it was ready. Merima Salkic from thier BDC Service Group was waiting to program our customization's and explain the updated features. We were in and out of the finance office in 15 minutes. Otis followed up with us over the next few months. The difference between our last experience with the Sarasota dealership and Reeves was dramatic. Reeves process was organized and thorough. It was definitely worth the hour drive there. We really appreciated Otis's professionalism and thoroughness. More

So happy! I just recently purchased my first BMW from Reeves. Being in my mid-twenties I wasn't sure if I was ready, but working with the team at Reeves assured I just recently purchased my first BMW from Reeves. Being in my mid-twenties I wasn't sure if I was ready, but working with the team at Reeves assured me that owning a BMW doesn't have to be as unattainable as it can feel to a twenty-something. I dealt with Branko and Keith and they were so helpful and made the process extremely enjoyable and efficient. Definitely go see one of them when you're looking for a new car! They will get you in the best car for you at the right price for you. 10/10 recommend Reeves BMW to anyone. More
