AMAZING in every way. I don't usually take the time to write reviews because 1) I am a millennial which translates to 2) I am lazy. BUT, my wonderful experience at Reeves h I don't usually take the time to write reviews because 1) I am a millennial which translates to 2) I am lazy. BUT, my wonderful experience at Reeves has lead me wanting to share my praise so others searching for a car know where to go (hands down) to find not only their vehicle but quality people who will care about you as a customer (a rarity). Specifically, DAWN (although every single employee I encountered including Chase, finance, and Michael, the genius, were so wonderful). Dawn was absolutely hilarious, kind, and thoughtful. She created a personalized congrats sign for me, and we had a photo shoot (funny, but true) in front of my new car. Even though she had gotten off 4 hours prior, she stayed with my dad and I until I finished every aspect of buying AT 9 PM! She texted me the next morning just to make sure I made it safe home and loved my ride. Even though I live hours away, I am tempted to make the drive for maintenance once in a while because of such INCREDIBLE service. Dawn made buying a car such a memorable experience and treated us like family. GO TO REEVES AND ASK FOR DAWN. You will be beyond happy you did. More
What Happened here? This was our go to dealership for multiple brands, our service experience has always been outstanding and continues to be, but sales, not so much. We have purchased multiple vehicles here and have found the sales representatives are simply in our opinion not interested in customers let alone return customers. Borderline arrogant and condescending, smiling the entire time they try to relieve you of as much of your hard earned cash as possible. Sneaky numbers games we discovered as we examined closely the paperwork presented. Yes, they are there to make money but our specific experience was take the vehicle the way we say and pay sticker and then some, repeat customer we really don't care. Thinking maybe Reeves employees are either out of touch with the old "family style dealership" or the mission statement is unclear or changed immensely from years gone by. I do not believe the owner would condone such practices but who knows? Took our money else where. More
Great service, once again I brought my CPO x3 in for a leak, which was thankfully covered under warranty. I had a CPO Lexus for many years & never thought I’d get the same great customer service anywhere else but I’ve been pleasantly surprised with Reeves BMW. More

Excellent service, waiting area, and scheduling. BMW is the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. I’ve owned many different makes ( Mercedes, Acura, etc.) and the 4 BMWs have been by far the most fun to BMW is the best vehicle I’ve ever driven.
