We have partnered with Mike Lawlor numerous times over the years during the Reeves years in car and suv purchases. The dealership manager, finance manager and Aramis were great and very helpful. Communication with Tyler was spotty. It seemed like I was trying more to sell the car to my wife than he was. When we were done with the financing, he was no where to be found and they even tried calling him but no answer. I would have thought that after spending $93,000 on a vehicle, he would have stopped by to say thanks or at least could have followed up with a call (or text at the bare minimum). The car was delivered to our house and Aramis was great. The car had a small mark on the console so I had to bring it back today to get cleaned. Last night, Tyler did reach out about scheduling to get it fixed. I texted him that it would be this weekend or next week, but this morning I had some time freed up so I texted him again that I could bring it in today if someone can take care of the console. He never responded, so I just showed up. They got it taken care of in about 45 minutes, but when Tyler got the car he got out, handed me the keys and kept walking without saying a word. I had to get his attention by asking if it was fixed and he did reply yes. Overall, the experience with the dealership was fine. However, the interaction we had with Tyler didn’t leave us us with with the feeling we will recommend your dealership to our friends. More

Quite possibly the worst buying experience of my life.Set an appointment to test drive a vehicle took 45 minutes from my appointment time for the sal Quite possibly the worst buying experience of my life.Set an appointment to test drive a vehicle took 45 minutes from my appointment time for the salesman to even bring the vehicle to the front (I texted with Karim he wasn’t there so someone else.) we test drove decided we wanted to purchase then asked about our trade-in salesman then spends an hour on that tells us there’s a carfax discrepancy so he can’t value our trade-in and returns without a price on the vehicle we wanted to buy 2 hours later!! So we finally ask him for the price out the door and he gives us sticker price with some $1800 protection included telling us he couldn’t remove. Needless to say happily off to Ferman ford to purchase a Cadillac xt6 from competent people eager to actually make a sale. I wouldn’t buy a toothpick from this place save hours of your time and go elsewhere. More
