Mr. Park is awesome. Whenever, I call the dealership he is always very kind, and polite, but most of all he is truly concern about what is going on with my car. Brought my vehicle in for warranty work, whereby they notified me that my vehicle, a CPO'd 07 BMW, had previously been in an accident, (not disclosed before purchase, or on car fax), and I was liable to notified me that my vehicle, a CPO'd 07 BMW, had previously been in an accident, (not disclosed before purchase, or on car fax), and I was liable to replace the auxillary fan connector that was severed. The dealership also had my vehicle detailed, against my wishes, and ruined a $150.00+ detail job. More

Persistently took back car for WARANTY work that was not complete. Continuous problems with BMW not being serviced by end of the day as promised. Loaner cars never available. Car was is ready on time. Have to make appointments for warranty service sometimes a month in advance as there was no available appointments. They never have loaner cars available.
