Airbag replacement due to recall I made an appointment to have the airbag replaced on my 2008 X-3 after receiving a safety recall notice. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Andy I made an appointment to have the airbag replaced on my 2008 X-3 after receiving a safety recall notice. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Andy Gouldbourn. Since I was waiting while the work was being done, Andy showed me to the waiting area where fresh coffee and snacks were available. I enjoyed my time there, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and the hot coffee and snacks were a plus. Andy was very pleasant to work with and he was very kind and efficient and promptly notified me that my car was ready. More
