The worst service experience I have ever had! We do not have a BMW in my home town, so I made an appointment at our nearest location, Capitol BMW which is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away. My appointment t have a BMW in my home town, so I made an appointment at our nearest location, Capitol BMW which is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away. My appointment to change my oil was at 11am, I arrived at 1040 to find out that I will not be getting my car back the same day. I was shocked because that was not mentioned when I made the appointment, not to mention that means driving back to Tallahassee AGAIN. I needed to service so I left my vehicle and was told that it would be ready some time before 530 pm the next day. I tried calling the next day to make sure it was ready before driving down and got a voicemail box where I left a message and NEVER got a return phone call. So, we arrived to the dealership alittle after 5pm where we were told my vehicle was STILL not ready. The service woman also said she spoke to me that morning which was an absolute lie! I refused to leave my vehicle for yet ANOTHER night just for an oil change...absolutely ridiculous!! More
