Another great experience at Capital BMW - & w/Keith Milliron This is the third new car we've bought at Capital BMW in the last four years and it was another pleasant experience. Salesman Keith Milliron and Sales This is the third new car we've bought at Capital BMW in the last four years and it was another pleasant experience. Salesman Keith Milliron and Sales Manager Patrick Williams searched all over the country to find a new 440i convertible equipped to our specifications and, when located, they arranged for it to be shipped to Tallahassee. The car arrived in perfect condition; the trade/purchase/price negotiations were conducted honorably and ended in a very fair deal. Bottom line: I highly recommend contacting Keith Milliron and doing business with him and with Capital BMW. (We did have a needlessly time-consuming experience in completing the paperwork over in the finance department - on a deal that did not actually involve any financing. This was the only time that we've run into that at this dealership and I don't think it can be considered a regular issue.) More
It's a family affair! My wife and I met Paul at the BMW DEALERSHIP around 2012. My wife wanted something special for herself after finally retiring from the military. Paul was with us every step of the way, from factory to dealer. Needless to say, it was a great experience for my wife and I also enjoyed her excitement. Then Paul turned to me and said " how about we get you in something". Like a kid in the candy store I knew what I wanted. And I told Paul I would definitely be back for myself. So for the past couple of years we would see Paul at the dealership when my wife took her car in for a routine service. Paul always met us asking how things were going. And he would say, " Mr. Clark we have a brand-new four door 6 series just for you, I'd say "not just yet but, I'll be back". So then my day came I was going to buy a car on 2Dec16 I walked into the dealership and of course if you are a good salesman your always busy. Paul was finishing up I'm sure another great sale with another satisfied customer. He took just a courteous second to let me know to find what I wanted and let him know. Paul didn't pressure me while I looked, I decided on a one owner 750i Alpina, what made this car special to me was the like brand-new condition. And of course the uniqueness if it being an Alpina with leg room and 500+ Horse power. Paul got me the keys and I just sat in the car looking at all the options. Then came to test drive, it was unbelievable you could feel the 500+ HP throttle response and handling. So there it was a match made the same day. I appreciate all the things that Paul White has done and I'm sure my family and I will see him again in future. More

Had no plans on buying right away, but with how much we were worked with, helped, the options given and truly trying to make sure we were just sold a car but more finding something that worked best for us and our family is why we ended up buying within 24 hours even though we didn't have intention of doing it right then. Best experience, thorough explanation of the car to my wife, had it set up in the showroom with a bow and a sign saying congratulations to her and she was so surprised and blown away. They went above and beyond to help us, and made sure we walked out of Capital Euro Cars not only happy, but absolutely thrilled with our car, our experience and the overall process. Will be buying all future cars from them! More
A Satisfied First Time Buyer After perusing their website, I inquired with Capital EuroCars in regards to the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-350. Within a minute or so, I received a ph He call from Mr. Paul White. Mr White was very pleasant and excited about my inquiry. He invited to come by after the holidays so that I could see the vehicle and discuss purchasing. I told him that I was a first time buyer and I wanted to stay within "my means". I never once felt like he took advantage of me. He recognized that though I was a first time buyer, I was knowledgeable about the process. That meant a lot. He walked me through every step and remained honest. When I expressed that I wasn't comfortable with the first offer, he did not try to force me into anything. He understood and maintained contact with me. I reach out to him two days later with another offer and the deal was made. I drove the car off the lot today. I appreciate his jolly demeanor and professionalism. I must say that my experience with Capital EuroCars was great. However, I will note that my experience with their financing department/representative was not near as pleasant as my experience with the salesperson. The representative wasn't "business friendly" (a bit intrusive) but not personable or pleasant. All in all, it appears to be a great place and I look forward to working with them for at least the next 6 years or so. More

After seeing a certified pre-owned BMW that I was interested in on the dealership website, I clicked the button for more information and within 15 minutes I was contacted by Client Advisor Keith Milliron. After our call and a couple of email exchanges, we made a deal (less than two hours after Keith's initial call) subject to my inspection/test drive and the dealership's final evaluation of my trade-in (they had provided a estimate of the trade-in value as part of the offer). When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Keith, inspected and test drove the car, then finalized the purchase contract. After that I met with the Financial Services Manager, Michael Green, to complete the financial end of the transaction. As expected, Michael presented (without any pressure) several options for additonal coverage of items that would not be covered by the CPO warranty. Once that was completed, BMW Genius, Brad Rogers, provided a very thorough explanation of the features of the car, the iDrive system, and set-up Bluetooth phone connection. The dealership's 'Live Market Pricing' provided a very fair deal (based upon my research on TrueCar.com for vehicles of the same make/model/year/mileage).
