Claude Rabbath did a great job helping me pick a nice X3 on excellent terms, and I didn't spend a lot of time getting there. From start to finish, including test drive, it only took about an hour and a half, which is fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with Claude Rabbath and Patrick Williams, both of whom made my experience efficient and enjoyable. Brad Rogers was also very helpful in explaining all the new features of my SUV, and I think he adds a nice customer service dimension to your already-outstanding team. Well done! More
