Jeremy helped me to locate a 7 Series with all of the accessories that I wanted. Because of COVID, we were unable to find a 7 Series with exactly what I wanted and since my 2018 7 Series hybrid was about at the end of my lease, I desperately needed to find a 7 Series. Jeremy worked all angles and eventually he found a 7 Series already on a boat from Germany to America, but it was allocated to a dealership in New York. He talked to the dealer and got the car for me which was important because it had many of the accessories that I've become used too. When the car arrived he then spent time with me showing me all of the new ticks of the car and he has helped me since when I had some questions. Jeremy has been a real professional, he is friendly and certainly helpful. This is why I continue to do business with this BMW dealership. I had a ride quality issue come up when I decided to upgrade to aftermarket rims. The rim manufacturer Avant Garde needed a professional opinion from my local BMW dealership. Service Advisor Ian Wyre and Service Manager Joe Gruen quickly evaluated the rim issue. Service Manager Gruen went out of his way to directly speak with rim manufacturer to notify them of their defective rim. Within a few days, I was able to receive a replacement product to get me safely on the road. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. They treat me like family.
