Drove up to Tallahassee from Panama City to look at high end vehicles not available locally. Worked with Michael Tizzani to see what we could find to fit our needs. Due to an surprise issue with the computer head unit and some issues outside of the control of the dealership, the afternoon stretched a little longer than needed. Michael volunteered to go the extra mile to allow us to leave that day in our own vehicle and came to PC to deliver the new vehicle the next day. We were prepared to make the drive again, but he stepped up and took care of us. His attitude and professionalism were above and beyond what we expected and he is a fine example of the service and commitment to quality that one would expect from the BMW brand. More
