First, I want to say that I’m thankful my CA Kevin Commissiong reached out to me to give me the opportunity to order a car that I highly love, the X4. The wait as I heard was not long, but to me, two Commissiong reached out to me to give me the opportunity to order a car that I highly love, the X4. The wait as I heard was not long, but to me, two months wait is extremely exhausting especially when you’re not fully aware of the process. Kevin was great at answering my questions during the process even though several times it took a while to receive a response. I feel that my experience was not perfect and could have been done better especially when trying to close the deal and take possession of the car. I was asked if I was able to take possession of the X4 that day and I replied yes I could. I was advised to send over my hubby and my drivers license and insurance card so everything will be taken care of before I get there and it will be a quick in and out. Submitted requested information. I even left work 3 hours early to make sure I made it on time. Get there and Kevin stated he was not aware I was coming and he requested DL and insurance card again. Provided again but explained I had already provided him with the information through our texts and he knew I was coming. We was not introduced to the service department. I offered to buy weather mats, but he advised that he would try to see if he could locate some because the service center had closed. We made it there around 4:30 and by this time we had been there for 2 hours just sitting. We did take a quick test drive before that. I assumed financing had been taken care of because I asked several times throughout the wait of my delivery and after I put down a $5000 deposit if financing would be an issue and he stated that his manager said it wouldn’t be. He first said, BMW was financing us and then he come back and said they’re sending our credit to multiple banks. To this day, I do not see where BMW FS pulled our credit. All in all, we were at the dealership until almost 7:30pm. We were promised gas in the car. We got ready to leave the dealership because we were the last ones and the X4 only had 22 miles left for gas on it. It seemed like, we were just being fed a bunch of BS so I’m not sure why the request for my feedback since my first time new car buying experience was ruined and there wasn’t any great customer service. I think a little training, he would be a great Salesman. My experience was not great outside of him contacting me to order the X4. More
Jessica was my service consultant and she was great. I especially appreciate how good she is with her communication. My negative is the coolant reservoir was damaged during the service and was not caught especially appreciate how good she is with her communication. After I left the dealership, I started getting low coolant indicator and had to return and put the vehicle back into the shop for further repair! More
Trey greeted my brother and me as soon as we arrived at the dealership. He was expecting us. I had been referred by a friend in the automobile business and had driven from Ponte Vedra Beach. My father was in the automobile business most of his life, and I appreciated that everyone made me feel like family. It also meant a lot that Crawford arranged to meet me and say hello before I left. I was quite impressed with his patience in allowing my family and I to see comparative deals allowing me to choose what worked best for my budget. Lastly, I must mention the fact that Jeremy worked (2) hours passed closing time....on Christmas Eve! He escorted me to my beautiful new car, reviewed the various features, and ensured my car was "shiny and bright" by getting it detailed that day to save me a drive from Georgia to Florida.
