We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Trey Purvis at Capital BMW. He was patient, but never pushy, and completely professional as we deliberated buying our new (to us!) 2020 BMW X5. The person who sold me the car didn't have my best interest in mind. Didn't offer to tell me anything about the vehicle. My car ran hot without warning after a normal drive around the city.
