After twenty two years of great cars but poor service from this dealership, I was ready to go elsewhere. Then, about ten years ago Ian Wyre appeared on the scene. Ian is a good listener, a great explain from this dealership, I was ready to go elsewhere. Then, about ten years ago Ian Wyre appeared on the scene. Ian is a good listener, a great explainer and always a pleasure to deal with. If I were a salesman at this dealership I would bring my potential customers to Ian and tell them that a great car is only possible with great service. This dealership has a history of poor service throughout the local community and I believe of Ian the public perception has changed. More
