Claude is a consummate gentleman and a terrific salesman, offering no pressure. He was knowledgeable about BMW automobiles and made suggestions. Eventually he made such a great offer with great financing rates, I bought the BMW 528i. All the sales staff was friendly, and the joke around the dealership is that this man came to town to buy a trumpet and went home with a new car too! More
