I have used this dealer to service my BMW for years. I have to drive out of my way to use them and it has been well worth the inconvenience. My wife decided it was time for a new vehicle since the warranty had expired on her BMW 328i, so she started looking around at a lot of different makes and models. She just wanted something a little bigge warranty had expired on her BMW 328i, so she started looking around at a lot of different makes and models. She just wanted something a little bigger. After all was said-and-done she gravitated back to BMW and headed off to Capital BMW to see what they had, after looking several times on the BMW USA website and all the new models and general pricing. We've been there several times in the past getting routine service on her 328i and were very happy with the service. She showed up and started looking around and was helped by Michiel Stephens. He asked a lot of questions about what she was looking for in a new vehicle and steered her away from vehicles she probably wouldn't be happy with and to the one she fell in love with - a 2013 X3 xDrive 28i with the options she got so used to from her car, plus a lot of new ones. The easy part was over so on to the hard part - price and payments. She gave Michiel the payment limit, which was basically what we were paying for her current car, and headed back to work to let him "work the numbers". Shortly after she got back he contacted her with the initial numbers and ... bingo ... he actually got the payment to a few bucks less than what we were currently paying ! A win-win in our book. We then went to see the Finance Manager, which I was initially kind of dreading since I've dealt with so many in the past. Usually they give you a "hard sell" on other things to add to your purchase; extended warranty, tire warranty, and many more, and kind of make you feel guilty if you don't get them. This was not the case at all ! He did tell us what was available and applied no pressure or "reasons why we had to get them" if we said No. A rarity in the new car buying process. Needless to say, my wife was in her new X3 that evening with all paperwork done. Michiel even went the extra mile to get us another discount since I was a veteran. A discount I would have never known existed. Kudos. Sale complete, papers signed, but it didn't stop there. Michiel then took us around to meet folks and show us all the different departments in the dealership. After that he took us out to our new X3 and explained/showed us all the new features that we didn't have before, what they did, and how to operate them all before we headed off the lot. Overall a true A+ experience. No sales pressure and an Associate that's willing to go above and beyond. Both before, during, and after the sale. Many thanks Michiel ! More

Not very enthusiastic or friendly. Seems like he hates his job. Made it seem like I was making him do work he wasn't supposed to. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Tech also forgot to put a couple vacuum lines back correctly and caused some power issues. The detailer marred up my polished wheels as well, even after I requested no one detail it. Update: Joe Gruen addressed all my concerns and rectified my situation. Very pleased with how he dealt with everything in a timely manner. Thank you More
This was my second BMW purchased from Capital Eurocars. I worked with Mr. Stephens, who I reached after receiving an e-mail alerting me to a sale that may interest me. Once I spoke with Mr. Stephens, he prom worked with Mr. Stephens, who I reached after receiving an e-mail alerting me to a sale that may interest me. Once I spoke with Mr. Stephens, he promptly sent me information(including pricing) on two vehicles that met my specifications. After coming in the next day, I was allowed to drive around in the vehicle I chose while he finished with another customer. Mr. Stephens called me after two hours and told me the deal that I requested was done and all I had to do was come back and pick up the vehicle and sign paperwork. The process of dealing with financing with BMW was perfect. The paperwork was done promptly and I drove away in a vehicle that I love, with customer service that lives up to the standard I expect from BMW. From the service department, to the sales staff, to the financing department, it is a professional, low stress, high-quality experience. i highly recommend Mr. Stephens as a sales professional. as well, if you are fortunate enough to have Ian Wyre as your service consultant, you will be pleased at the attention to detail he provides, along with the top level service provided in the service department.
