Keith Millron called me early saturday morning and set up an appointment for me on saturday afternoon. Within a span of three hours I traded for the vehicle that I wanted.. Everyone at Capitaleurocars that I dealt with was courteous and very helpful. Keith Millron was the client rep that I worked with. He seemed genuinly interested that I received the best deal that I could get. Keith was helpful in helping me understand the financial ramifications of purchasing an automobile. Andrew not only remembered my birthday, but still calls to check up on how I am enjoying the vehicle and if the vehicle is functioning properly. Honestly if it had not been for Andrew Brew being the person I dealt with, I would have gone elsewhere. I am a young black woman and upon arrival, I was not treated friendly by the other senior representatives. Some of them ignored me and two actually discussed with each other my purpose for coming, not fully aware that I could still hear them. Needless to say I was ready to leave after hearing them actually say "what on earth are they doing here" and "they must be lost". I was only treated with respect from the other gentlemen AFTER they saw Andrew pulling my newly purchased vehicle around for me to drive it home.
