My service consultant, Anthony Taylor did not disappoint whatsoever. He gave me an estimate about how long my servicing would take and called me as soon as my car was ready to be picked up. Although a mercedes consultant, I was treated no differently as they all work together which I really like. Very hard working men and you can tell by how your car comes out. I previously had Parke Stafford who was just as great as Anthony and both mercedes consultants. Thank you both for your help and services and I will surely be back! More

I stopped by the deale Mr. Ian Wyre, BMW Service Consultant, at Capital BMW is unequivocally the best service consultant the dealership has ever had! I stopped by the dealership to have a simple question answered about the active blind spot detection feature and Ian not only answered my question, but suggested he check the vehicle for any service needs, as he knew I was heading out of town. He quickly determined that a number of services were required and even though it was already late Friday afternoon, he managed to get my 2014 650i Gran Coupe serviced and ready for pick up the same day (~5:30PM)!
