To summarize my friendly and courteous service, he asked me about my current car and the things I liked about etc. From there we talked about options, car comparison etc. He made me feel as if I had known him. John was professional, friendly and courteous. He was patient with the many questions I asked whereby he provided clarity. Guess what, I drove home in a new car!!! I went in inquiring not even thinking about a new car rather I was just being curious about the trade-in value of my BMW 320i. Well, well, what happened is this, I upgraded to a higher “Series”. I am enjoying my new ride!!! John Lowery, the transaction happened so fast, no pressure and stress free. From curious to magnificent! I am elated! I strongly recommend Capital Euro. I was a Jacksonville, FL car buyer but not anymore. Why be curious rather just ask because you never know if good deals exist in Tallahassee, you could be driving a new car home today!!!! I did. He immediately determined that they had our replacement tire in stock, and when we arrived at the dealership via tow truck, he was able to quickly have it fixed for us even though we didn't have an appointment scheduled.
