An outstanding experience with BMW Stratham’s service department! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Corey, who made certain all of my needs were met. Erik in sales also took the tim department! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Corey, who made certain all of my needs were met. Erik in sales also took the time to walk me through the new X5 and discuss end-of-lease options for my current vehicle. Both are outstanding ambassadors for BMW and made me feel like a valued customer. Service like this is what keeps me coming back to BMW—of course, having the best cars on the road certainly helps! We brought our SUV here after a problem remained after having our transmission fluid replaced at BMW Westbrook. Noah and Adam were fantastic in navigating the complex reoccurring issue with our 2021 XB7. having our transmission fluid replaced at BMW Westbrook. Noah and Adam were fantastic in navigating the complex reoccurring issue with our 2021 XB7. They had to work with BMW N.A. to remedy a second failed front differential in two years. Unacceptable BMW NA response but Noah and Adam fought hard to get resolution. I would absolutely bring my car back here again. Thank you Adam and Noah for trying to help the consumer when corporate failed to hit the mark! More
