Devon was extremely responsive, helpful, and informative throughout my entire service experience. He took the time to listen to my concerns, made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle, and gen throughout my entire service experience. Rudy has been my service advisor for my last few visits and has provided excellent service. He has brought things to my attention that are recommended services but given me an honest assessment in terms o and has provided excellent service. I recently replaced my rear brake pads and rotors which was recommended by him a few months ago but was told while low but I had plenty of life left in them and to come back for a check-up after a couple of months. And in my subsequent visits he would tell me that I still was not at a point that I needed to replace. I decided to replace them recently even though I was not at that point. He has never been pushy and been very professional in my dealings with him. More
