Gene Mosco and Steve Burak made me feel special, they were amazing along with the rest of the staff. Gene and Steve went ABOVE and BEYOND finding the colors that I wanted!! I totally felt like family. I recommend anyone looking for there BMW to BMW of Springfield, it worth the trip from anywhere. :-) More

Don't Waste Your time !! I purchased a car from this dealership when they were under the JMK name. Boy has the experience changed. I spoke to Nick, on a very specific request, I purchased a car from this dealership when they were under the JMK name. Boy has the experience changed. I spoke to Nick, on a very specific request, he was supposed to email me info, and after a few hours, I had to call back asking for a manager in order to get a response. I gave the benefit of the doubt, until I sent an email without any response. The tri-state area is an open field of BMW dealerships, please do not waste my time. I was also told I can lease a 2018 model, when indeed you cannot. I was also promised a callback from a manager in 20 min and that never happened, BMW AG take note!!! More

We already AGREE on Please AVOID this BMW dealer at all cost. LOW BALLING, BAIT AND SWITCH. Me and my family just went there to buy a new 2019 BMW X3. We already AGREE on OTD price through email. However, when we are in there, the dealer Bryant Bustemente show us a 300 mileage x3 car and said it's a new car. We ask if there's a new one with lower mileage and then he shows us a new one with the same exact features. After that, we are good to buy but then he increase the price, different from email price, and said it's his mistake and computer mistake when sending the email. At this time, we are not stupid. We are unhappy and assumes this stupid dealership never commit to his promise and lie to consumers. More
Salesperson Couldn’t Care Less Three years ago we leased a car from Springfield BMW. It was our 4th BMW lease but the first from Springfield. Several months before the end of the current lease we started receiving letters in the mail about getting a new lease. We contacted the salesperson who leased us the last car but he never returned our call after we left a message. We left a second message but again no call back. We finally sent an email several days later but unfortunately still no response. I guess he made enough money last month that he didn’t need my money. We called an got another salesperson but he couldn’t find anything and also did not follow through. We eventually went to Park Avenue BMW and entered into another lease since they worked hard to please the customer. More

The finance guy Ty made us feel very unhappy and that our money was not good enough. Horrible service!! A coworker highly recommended Mr. Ernesto Motta from BMW of Tenafly. Mr. Motta was amazing he worked with us. He was very professional and friendly he made us feel comfortable by asking the right questions and listening to what we were looking for. He made sure we had the right deal. There are no words as to how thankful and blessed we feel for meeting Ernesto and the personal that made our experience a wonderful one. Thank you Mr. Motta for our New ride we love it!! More

I was running from dealership to dealership for over a month now and was either unhappy with the service or they could not find the perfect car for me. Then i met with Charles AmadI, very professional and friendly he made me feel comfortable by asking the right questions and listening to what I was really looking for. There are no words as to how awesome this employee really is. He showed me the first X6 and I was in love with it, from prices aND looKS etc........ If I had to buy another car I would contact this dealership and definitely ask for Mr. AmadI a hundred times over. Thank you Mr. AmadI I love my new ride A big thank you to Ty in finance also for not trying to sell any me any warranty I did not need. More
Patient Salesman and a Great Deal on Great Car I was between two of the exact same cars at two different dealers. Jeremy was my car dealer from the start when I called in and he was always patient with me in my process of going back and forth. It was about 2-3 days of me coming in and leaving and Jeremy just always stood by and said take your time figure it out let me know. Meanwhile the other deal was pressure, pressure, pressure. Not to mention the car at BMW was in better shape aside from not having some technology features. The actual interior and exterior were gorgeous. In the end I can say if Jeremy had not been so patient kind and understanding I may have taken my business elsewhere but I am happy with my purchase and love my car! We also worked out a great deal close to my ideal finances rate. The woman at the front were also kind and helpful each time I came in as well. More
