We walked in without an appointment and were greeted by Linnea Swenson. She allowed us to test drive 4 different cars. The first was too big, then too small, last one was just right. Ii bought a BMW X3 from Linnea Swenson which I am enjoying very much. She is very efficient, knowledgable, and executed the whole transaction in a timely manner. I just had a small scratch on my car and called her yesterday to see if it could be touched up. Well, she was terrific. When I met with her this morning she was able to have it "fixed" in 15 minutes and it was done to perfection. I will definitely return to BMW when my lease is up and of course call her first ! Horrible service department. First time using them and i told them I was considering trading my car in for a new BMW. Gave me my car back with front bumper damaged without telling me. Someone knew the car told them I was considering trading my car in for a new BMW. Gave me my car back with front bumper damaged without telling me. Someone knew the car was damaged but must have thought i wouldn't notice for awhile and then they would claim I damaged it after I picked it up. I recently leased an X3 and worked with Steve Burak. So I called before driving all the way to BMW Springfield from Atlantic City and made an appointment for 1pm which I was on time for to look at a vehicle. Once I came back from test driving the vehicle I was from Atlantic City and made an appointment for 1pm which I was on time for to look at a vehicle. Once I came back from test driving the vehicle I was notified that from the time I left my home to the time I got there someone put a deposit down on the vehicle I made an appointment to see. Waste of time #1. Then they wanted to put me in a vehicle that the manager takes home everyday with all his belongings still in it and was 3k higher and only took 1k off the price. Salesman was cool about it but they could have done better for inconveniencing me. Not once did a sale manager even speak to us. Trash More
Hello, I purchased my demo 530 from there and zack and Monique were 2 of the NICEST people I can ever meet at a dealership. I asked for a price the was doable and they made it happen.
