This is my 2nd BMW leased with JMK and Chuck, and I find my buying experience very enjoyable. The most and foremost, the level of professionalism and product knowledge are superb. There are no games, information is disclosed upfront, and every inquiry is followed up quickly with straight answers. Then comes the working out different financial models, and results are fairly compared. There are many different ways one can structure a lease, and Chuck knows them all! In the last buying experience, he worked with me on probably more than 10 pricing models, never showing any impatience. Then comes the actual ordering process, where Chuck was very upfront about available dates for production, to set my expectation, and provided with production number right away. Then came the wait, and during all that time Chuck kept me informed about the progress, and even managed to get in a few last-minute changes . Once my brand new fully loaded X5 got delivered to JMK, both Chuck and JMK team made it ready for delivery within couple of hours. The signing of papers and actual delivery process was a breeze, and Chuck arranged turn -in of my previous lease to take place in parallel to save me time. I am extremely happy with my overall experience at JMK and with Chuck, and strongly recommend him for your next buying or leasing! P.s. between myself and brother we've leased 5 BMW's with Chuck and JMK, and definitely will come back for more! More

He walked me through the process, kept me up to date as to the status of my delivery, and was very responsive to any questions that I posed. From my buying experience through to post-sales support with JMK's service department, I can honestly say that it has been the easiest time I have had purchasing a car. The service department is efficient, and have taken care of my car for the scheduled maintenance. When it comes time to buy our next BMW, I will definitely be reaching out to Lucas at JMK. More
Lucas provided me with an outstanding experience while shopping for the lease on my new 135i convertible. After speaking with a few other dealerships, I contacted Lucas at JMK BMW and he was able to outp shopping for the lease on my new 135i convertible. After speaking with a few other dealerships, I contacted Lucas at JMK BMW and he was able to outprice the other dealerships extremely aggressively. Everything was handled conveniently over phone and email without even setting foot in the dealership until delivery. My car arrived exactly as ordered, priced exactly as we had discussed. Lucas is personable and honest and has a real passion for the vehicles he sells. I would definitely work with Lucas again on my next vehicle purchase and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone in the market for a new BMW. More

I'm happy to report that I recently enjoyed a superb purchasing experience at JMK BMW, and more importantly, through salesperson Heather O'Brien. From my initial internet contact and through a series o purchasing experience at JMK BMW, and more importantly, through salesperson Heather O'Brien. From my initial internet contact and through a series of modifications to my order, Heather was always timely and helpful at each step of the way. In fact, I found the entire experience to be very much atypical of my previous purchase experiences at other dealers. She even went above and beyond to research several elements that BMW had not fully disclosed in their consumer brochures, allowing me to make a much more informed decision. On a separate note, I also found Heather to be unquestionably ethical in her handling of a BMW incentive credit, which lowered both my sales price and associated sales tax accordingly (I had missed the sales tax reduction). I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new BMW on the basis of her knowledge of the product, no-pressure style, superb response time, and a willingness to listen to the customer's needs. She gets an "A+" in my book. I will most certainly buy another car from her in the future. More
Great BMW dealership. My family has been purchasing from JMK since 1979. Great people in sales, service and in parts. Salesman Mark Carvalho goes the extra mile in customer service. Mark is not your typical car sales person, he's an enthusiast who got his start in parts and service. He's very knowledgeable about the product and stays on top of current products within BMW. Benn Barron in parts has been at JMK for a long time. He's always friendly and willing to help look up parts or get a price quote. He's the opposite of most dealer parts people who act as it they are doing you a favor. Great guy. Tino Pereira in service always goes above and beyond to make sure our BMWs are serviced properly and completely. No long waits to get a service appointment, they have a large department and it is rated one of the highest in the country. JMK BMW is not one of the huge dealers that own 10 different makes where you can get lost in the shuffle, you are not just a number to them but a valued customer. They make it a point to know their customers personally and it shows. I can't recommend them high enough. More
Some time ago, after I hit a deer, JMK BMW did the necessary body work and charged me $5,000. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that the headlight on the damaged side of the car appeared not to shine as necessary body work and charged me $5,000. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that the headlight on the damaged side of the car appeared not to shine as brightly as the other headlight, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't take the car back immediately. However, when my car came up for state inspection, it failed the inspection because of the headlight issue. I took my car back to JMK, assuming that they would stand behind their work and correct the headlight, since they had not fixed it properly in the first place. While they fixed the issue (a loose connection), they charged me an additional $108 for the labor (no parts were needed), on top of the $5,000 I originally paid for the work that wasn't done properly. For a job that was not very labor-intensive (less than one hour) and that was made necessary by the flaw in their original work, one would think that JMK would absorb the cost of the labor. Beware. They will not stand behind their work if they do something wrong. More
What started out as a bad day (break down) quickly turned surprisingly great!! called in at 7 am and a very friendly receptionist answered the phone and transferred me to a service advisor ( Jacob ) he told surprisingly great!! called in at 7 am and a very friendly receptionist answered the phone and transferred me to a service advisor ( Jacob ) he told me exactly the steps to get me to the dealer and provided me the phone number to Roadside assistance , they arrived and within 1 hr I was at the dealer at Jacobs desk, very friendly , knowledgeable advisor He assured me the car would be taken care of, which later in the day in fact it was. I was put into a BMW loaner car and set on my way to continue my day, still made it to work on time to boot! Car was taken care of turned out to be fuel issue and was fixed in 1 day, I was back after work, got into my freshly washed car and was on my way THANKS JMK! Debb More
Fernando when out of his way to get my new 135i.I was looking for cars on the internet and checking prices nobody seem to have a car instock at the price range i was looking for, But he found one at anot looking for cars on the internet and checking prices nobody seem to have a car instock at the price range i was looking for, But he found one at another dealer and with some help from Jen in the office she swapped another car for the car i was looking for in equipment and price and i now have a new 135i in my drive was Thanks you all at JMK More
