I was ready to take a step up in luxury from the previous cars I had owned or leased. I spoke with a lot of my friends about their cars, the cost and level of service. Two guys that I really trust suggested that I visit JMK, and specifically work with Mark Carvalho.(after sitting down with Mark we realized that there were a number of other friends he had worked with....) Mark was terrific. He took time to understand my lifestyle, budget and historical use/mileage to make suggestions. I usually hate the car buying process, but this was low pressure and more about understanding the benefits/features of owning a BMW. He secured the car I liked, and once it was delivered Mark took a lot of time to explain all of the features, get everything activated etc. In the end, I was really pleased with experience.......and Mark certainly made a difference. More

Becuase they had my information on file and knew the cars history when i took it in a previous visit, they were very friendly in letting me know. EXCELLENT!!!! More

i have been going to JMK BMW for about 7 years and had great service every time but no one had ever taken the extra step and time in helping me find the parts that i needed. I can't say enough great things about JMK, Carlos, and Chuck. It is a first class operation, where you're treated like family versus just another customer. On the sales side, Chuck does not try to push the car or accessory of the day on you. Rather, he helps guide you to the best vehicle and options for your needs. I've been to other dealerships (not just BMW), and I've experienced no better salesperson. As to the service at JMK, Carlos runs an incredible department. His team, including Hilario Soares, is the main reason I recommend JMK to so many people. I have owned Audis, Mercedes, Hondas, and Fords, and I can honestly say there is no better service department than JMK's. Like Chuck in sales, Carlos provides first class treatment to his customers. They try to solve problems -- efficiently and cost-effectively. And when the car is returned to me, I am totally satisfied 100% of the time. I cannot say that about any other service department. Whether you buy a car at JMK or not (you should -- and see Chuck), you must bring your BMW to JMK for service. You will not be disappointed. I've been going to JMK for almost 20 years, and the few times I've strayed to another brand, I've regretted it -- especially when it comes to the service. I highly recommend my friends Carlos, Chuck, and Hilario and the rest of the crew at JMK. More
JMK and Mr. Duarte have been amazingly accommodating. If I have a problem with the car, they deal with it in a manner that is completely pain free. Should it be appropriate to involve BMW, they handle that I have a problem with the car, they deal with it in a manner that is completely pain free. From time to time I've considered switching from BMW to some other brand, but my experience with JMK and Carlos assures my loyalty. More
I have only dealt with Hilario besides some minor assistance but I can say without a doubt THE REASON I switched dealerships. I bought my car in NYC at BMW of Manhattan and after a few years dealing with them I just couldn't put up with their elitism anymore. So I called JMK in Springfield, NJ and spoke to a Service Rep named Hilario. From the first time I brought the car in and met with him I can honestly say I feel like I am finally getting trustworthy advice and top notch service every time. They always have a loaner car for me and are always willing to fit me in. I can't say enough good about JMK and I highly recommend if you live in the Tri-State area you change dealerships as soon as your next service! Michael More
I am using JMK BMW for service and Jacob Kolasinski as a service advisor for many years. What I get there exceed my expectation and made me happy with my BMW. I bought my first BMW at Park Avenue. I serviced it at Prestige BMW. Same here, I would not recomend Prestige for service. They could not fix fuel gauge problem after few visits. Eventually I brought my car to JMK and Jacob become my service advisor. Jacob instantly recognized root cause of the problem, the car was fixed and I started to enjoy my BMW. Since with Jacob help and quality of JMK service my car was in perfect condition. I have a second BMW now and I can not be more happy with Jacob and JMK BMW. Michael Patz. More

Claudio is the best service advisor and we personally request him everytime a vehicle needs to be brought in (we ha and servicing our vehicles there.
