When I called and asked for it they said it was available for me to pick it up. i get there no one is at the Parts counter for about 10 minutes. Finally, Ben shows up I tell him what I'm there for and he asks for my info which I didn't understand because I was a walk-in I didn't order it. So as he was inputing my information I said "I'm not here to pick up an ordered part" just to avoid any confusion. He acts like he didn't even hear me and just walks to the back to pick it up. He gets to the counter opened the box and says "Pay at next counter". Absolutely horrible customer service skills. I pay for the jack set walk out to my car and see that the xxxxxxx in the set was missing. I walk back in and tell him he looks at me like I'm the biggest idiot in the world for what I just said and opens the bag to see what I'm talking about. He then says "It's not supposed to have a xxxxxxx" WOW really? You work at the Parts Dept and don't know this? So I show him the instruction manual and show him what I'm talking about. He then stays quiet and shows me a way to do it without the xxxxxxx which made absolutely no sense, places it back in the bag, and then looks at me and says "Did you think it came with a xxxxxxx" Ummmm YES I DID as pictured on the website AND instructions. He then says "I don't think the U.S version has a xxxxxxx but I will order another one, have it by Friday, and open it in front of you to satisfy your curiosity" Now I went to JMK because it's sold out virtually everywhere for another month and a half. He said he would call me the following day to confirm the order. Next day, no call. I go there to just return it, walk up to him at the counter and he says "What, after you used it already?" and chuckles. I hadn't used it actually and showed him there was no wear on it whatsoever. Ben has just terrible customer service skills and to add insult to injury tries to make you feel like an idiot when in fact I had more knowledge about this part then the guy at the BMW Parts Dept! Come on?! Avoid the Parts Dept here or deal with someone else. More
