This is the the 3rd BMW I've gotten thru JMK, and they've always been exemplary, honest, price competitive and a dealer which treats the customer with respect. Mark is a very responsive and accommodating salesman. He was helpful in terms of detailing costs and giving me options. My family has been buying BMWs at JMK since 1979 and we just took delivery of our latest, a 135ic. Over the past 32 years we have tried a couple of the other dealers but always came back to JMK because the people that work there are second to none. Mark Carvalho in sales has been with the company for 20 years. He started out as a technician in service and then worked in parts and then moved into sales. He's not a pushy salesman, he's an enthusiast who knows and loves the cars and goes the extra mile. It's refreshing to find a sales person that is ZERO pressure and is happy to just talk cars, a genuine and nice guy. There are a lot of BMW dealerships in north jersey, you can buy the same car at any of them so what differentiates them is the service. JMK has the best service of any area dealer. The service team headed by Carlos, Tino and Helario has no equal. You don't wait weeks to get an appointment at JMK and when you bring the car in it gets repaired properly the first time and back to you in minimal time. The guys know the cars inside out and strive to satisfy the customer every time no matter how large or small the service job. I've dealt with many parts departments over the years, and Benn at JMK is fantastic. He knows the cars, he has great communication in keeping you aware of when parts will arrive or if they are back ordered and how long they will take to arrive. He always has a smile and he treats any order with the same diligence. All in all, JMK exceeds expectations and that's why we have been customers there for over three decades and will continue to be customers for the next three. More

Mark Carvalho helped with our lease last night and our prior lease on our sons car. We are totally satisfied, happy customers of JMK. That statement really means alot due to the fact that my father worked for General Motors for 45 years and I have always been a huge supporter of General Motors cars. Mark is a genuinely knowledgeable and affable salesman. No pushy comments, no gimmicks, no playing games with prices. We have never talked to a salesman who knows his product as well as Mark does. Very impressive. Mark worked with us to arrive at our desired leasing payment showing us various options. During our test drive Mark demonstrated various features of the X3and took time to explain so many other options of the vehicle, we felt so totally informed. We are looking forward to driving our new BMW X3 when it arrives - thanks Mark and JMK. More

He is a BMW Car Club Member and truly loves the cars he is selling. So when you talk BMW's with Mark, you tap into a wealth of information that goes far beyond what you would expect from an ordinary sales person. And that's just the point, Mark is truly extraordinary. No matter what kind of question or concern you may have relating to leasing, maintaining, or purchasing BMW's Mark will have the answer. It is truly a pleasure to deal with some one who really knows what he is doing, and can help you in the most effective way. Carlos, Tino, and Claudio are a great service team. Although for the most part the the 15 BMW's we have owned over the years have been trouble free,recently, we leased one that had a serious problem that could not be easily fixed. Carlos, Tino and Claudio worked together on this and were highly effective in dealing with BMW North America to get this problem resolved to our total satisfaction, which in this case meant replacing the car. While this was going on, we were given a BMW loaner that was equivalent to our car, so the whole process was totally seamless and not the least bit aggravating. While any dealer can do routine service, it's nice to know when you get into a difficult situation, you have a service team that will go to bat for you and get results. More
