I grew up in a BMW-loving family. All of my parent's BMW's have been purchased through JMK. After hearing wonderful reviews on their level of service and support, it was only right that I purchased my f BMW's have been purchased through JMK. After hearing wonderful reviews on their level of service and support, it was only right that I purchased my first BMW through them as well. Michael and Chuck went above and beyond to deliver me a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my new 328xi. All of the sudden my hour long commute to work is not so bad! I look forward to a continued relationship with JMK BMW, and would highly recommend their dealership to all of my friends and family. More
This is to give my utmost and sincere strong recommendation for the Service department at JMK BMW in Springfield, NJ. My 2008 528XI's warranty was about to expire in just a few days when I got a recommendation for the Service department at JMK BMW in Springfield, NJ. My 2008 528XI's warranty was about to expire in just a few days when I got an AWD error message. Making an appointment was a breeze, dropped off the car, my loaner was ready, and the car was fixed on time. About a month later, after the warranty had expired, I got the same error message again! I took the car back to JMK BMW for service, where I was assisted by Claudio Claro. Claudio was extremely professional, understood my concern (especially that warranty had expired). Service Manager Tino Pereira got involved and to say the least he by far exceeded my expectations. He was very courteous and without hesitation told me that my issue with the car will be fixed in 24 hours and that the dealership will cover 100% of costs. I received updates on my car while it was in service by phone from both Tino and Claudio and I was given a loaner car for the time of service. The car was ready ahead of schedule, and I never had any issues with it since that time. I highly recommend JMK BMW Service and commend then on such a professional and courteous service! I truly felt that their main concern was my complete satisfaction with their service! Thank you! More
Let me stat by saying that I live in Washington state and JMK BMW, as you know, is located in New Jersey. I wasn't able to find a car in the whole northwest and west coast of the US with the options I wante JMK BMW, as you know, is located in New Jersey. After shipping, it across the nation, it came out to a fair price still that I was happy with. This has been my first time buying a vehicle on my own (only 24), but I purchased this car sight unseen from JMK knowing that I was working with a quality staff. I did not see the vehicle till it arrived here in Washington for delivery. Mark Carvalho has plenty of reviews on the BMW forums for being a delight to deal with. I would not hesitate to do business with them again; ask for Mark Carvalho, he will bend over backwards to make sure you leave satisfied with all your expectation met, if not exceeded. More

We never buy a car the first time walking into a dealership-especially since it was the first time we were looking at BMW's-but, there was never any pressure - we were given all the information and pricing we needed-without Ralph going to his manager 15 times - each time coming back with a different number than before-like all the other dealerships we had gone too-this was refreshing. Ralph was very easy to deal with and we are very happy with our decision! We would highly recommend JMK BMW and Ralph Gallina. More

My experience at JMK BMW was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. There are at least 6 BMW dealerships closer to my home than JMK but I went there because Chuck Patire was recommen I've ever had at a car dealership. There are at least 6 BMW dealerships closer to my home than JMK but I went there because Chuck Patire was recommended by a family member and I'm glad I did. Chuck is not a salesman. He was on my side from the moment I stepped through the door. There was no negotiating involved. Mr. Patire is a very smart guy. He listens carefully to every detail and cuts right to the bottom line. I paid less then I was expecting to (and not just because of the typical positional reduction from MSRP...I had done my research before walking in). I walked in expecting to have to settle for something similar to what I had built on the BMW site. Chuck made sure I got the exact car that I had built, down to the last option. A typical salesman will try to force you into whatever they have on the lot. There was no chance in Chuck's mind that I'd be driving away in anything but the exact car I wanted despite the fact that he had to jump through several hoops to get it. Go to JMK. The showroom is beautiful and the employees are welcoming. Don't forget to ask for Chuck Patire. He is very knowledgable, experienced and most importantly, sincere. More

The service department is also first rate not only in getting the service done right but also in assisting in other areas. Tino Pereira is our guy in service. We recently had what turned out to be a DME (main computer) failure 350 miles from home. Both of these gentleman assisted us in navigating through the problem, providing expertise and support in getting the car repaired and delivered back to us. They broke down barriers with the BMW dealer responsible for the repair as well as BMW corporate, making every effort necessary to keep us as satisfied customers. Thanks Tino and Mark! More
