I am a 'Newbie' BMW owner by some standards in that I am only on my third vehicle. I was not so fortunate as to have purchased my first BMW from JMK, but shortly after I had purchased elsewhere, I sought out better service and 'discovered' JMK. Then came my two subsequent purchases of new vehicles from JMK, both of which were under the guidance and educated insight of my salesperson, Mark Carvalho. I think that what appealed to me about this man is exactly what a careful buyer seeks in a salesperson. Mark Carvalho sat and talked with me, not a stack of potential numbers or sales goals, he talked with me. He aptly shared my curiosity regarding every engineering and other quality aspect of the BMWs I own or have owned. Mark also shared my enthusiasm with the amazing engineering that is poured into every BMW. The crowning incentive (if I may slay metaphors) are the Service and Body Shops at JMK BMW. Although I am reluctant to explain to an internet-public exactly why I had to become acquainted with the JMK BMW Body Shop, suffice it to say I have always been amazed at the 'factory finish' they produce on each vehicle. I can also say that if anyone has at any time been dissatisfied with Service at any BMW dealership within a huge radius of JMK BMW, that they simply head to JMK BMW and I wrote this message. G3. I was referred to Mark via a fellow member of the NJ BMW CCA. I made an appointment to see him and he was prompt to meet me once I checked in with reception. He went through the rebates that were available to me as a 7 Series owner in an honest and upfront fashion unlike some of the other dealers I have dealt with.
