I have just purchased my 20th BMW vehicle, a new X3. Nearly all have come from JMK. Since this is the first SAV of the 20, my Wife and I had more than a few trepidations re: Would we really like it. Nearly all have come from JMK. Since this is the first SAV of the 20, my Wife and I had more than a few trepidations re: Would we really like it. But our Salesman, Chuck Patire, spent plenty of time with us explaining its pros and cons as opposed to a sedan which was our alternate consideration. We test drove it (twice) and then spent over an hour going over the various options, packages, etc. He did his usual great job in suggesting how we could reduce our costs by choosing certain packages instead of individual options. We certainly felt that we were being given excellent guidance by a true professional, with no pressure whatsoever. And delivery time was also very comfortable. Mind you, as an old time BMW owner, I am very familiar with the operation and most of the adjunct equipment. Nevertheless, just to be certain, Chuck gave us a thorough rundown on the workings and changes in this year's model. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and must mention their service people also. They are quite knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to take whatever time is needed to solve problems from the largest to the smallest. Will I buy from JMK again? Darn right !!
