Gary in Finance made the process smooth and explained everything to me in full detail. At no time I felt like they were trying to scam me or take advantage of me as a single women purchasing a luxury vehicle on my own. Matthew the Genius shows me the different features on the car that made me feel very comfortable. He even told me to come in the next day and he would help me. To top is it off. I showed up at 5:20 and they close at 6pm. They did not rudely pushed me out of the dealership. They all stayed, helped me swap me things from the old car to the new. They were all pleased and accommodated me with cleaning out my vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPRINGFIELD BMW!!!!! Never I Repeat Never go to Bloomfield BMW their customer service is Trash. They do racially discrimination towards the people of color that come in for service or to purchase a vehicle. I will never go back to Bloomfield BMW!
