Over the last 19 years I've owned two 3-series, and were it not for Benn Barron, I don't think I'd still be driving them. I do a lot of work on my own, and since I'm not a mechanic, I replace everything it not for Benn Barron, I don't think I'd still be driving them. I do a lot of work on my own, and since I'm not a mechanic, I replace everything in the neighborhood I'm in, which means a lot of parts! It's easily been a thousand parts I've ordered through Benn, and every one but one was the right part. The one time I got the wrong part, I'd given him a part number, rather than just asking for what I wanted. I've been coming to JMK for many years and although it's doing less service for me as my skills pretending to be a mechanic grow, but all the times I've had it in for service, the service has been exceptional. Usually, the worst part of owning a BMW is paying for it, but I have to say that at JMK I actually look forward to it. Why? Because Ashley is so nice! Anyway, I'm a big fan of JMK--mostly because of Benn, but Carlos, the Director of Service, and Ken in the body shop, and Jacob as service advisor, and Pedro, all have been of great help to me keeping my '99 328i on the road. So far, it only has 227,000 miles on it! Anyway, I give JMK a perfect score...Benn gets an even higher score! Thanks Benn! More
