My Wife and I have previously owned 20 BMW's (since 1983) and we are now contemplating the purchase of another. Most came from JMK. The JMK service department is knowledgeable, technically competent, and always performs their role in a timely fashion. I did not always find this to be the case at other dealers. Ditto the new car sales department. On more than one occasion at other dealers, I encountered sales people who were among a group of fast talking pushers, frequently bantering about very technical terms of which they had no concept of the meaning. Not so at JMK !! I look forward to working with Mark Carvalho on the purchase of number 21. Mark is a straight shooter who comes from a technical background at BMW. He knows his product quite well and takes a sincere interest in his customer's needs so as not to oversell or undersell BMW's extensive line of equipment and options.
