Went to dealership on 6/19/13 to view an advertised AutoTrader 2009 BMW 328I. We were waited on by a very nice sale person named Jess. After reviewing the BMW, Carfax, and test drive, we left to go h AutoTrader 2009 BMW 328I. We were waited on by a very nice sale person named Jess. After reviewing the BMW, Carfax, and test drive, we left to go home (a 340mile round trip). After discussing this BMW for several days we made a decision to purchase this car over the phone and arrived on 6/26/20013 with a bank check to complete the sale, based on how this car had been represented the first time. Imediately we were urshered into Jess's cubical and informed that this BMW had it's hood, front facia and radiator support brackets replaced! When I asked the obivious question as to why we hadn't been informed of this before(we are now 170miles from home) I was given a shrug and no response. Upon futher inspection of the car I was ok with the current condition, but sheptical as to why it was handled in this last minute manner. We were taken to the office of Juan Casardo next to present our bank check, complete the sale and sign papers. One of the papers that I was asked to sign stated that the dealership would NOT honor any VERBAL statement made by any employee of the dealership?? I signed this paper as well as about 6 others, but was again sheptical as to weather that particular statement was normal. Upon asking Juan about this and asking also about a copy of the warrantee I was told that that was not "his job" but our sales persons. I then said quite innocently "aren't you all on the same team"? To that question I received an angry statement the he "DID NOT TAKE TALK LIKE THAT(altered from original statement) FROM ANYONE, ESPICALLY RICH PEOPLE". I then had our check tossed back at us and told we could take our bussiness else where. My wife and myself prepared to leave and were stopped by Jess who was outside this office and he proceeded to straighten things out. On the way back home this same BMW Certified 2009 328i through a code on the dash and we had to pull off and stop some 100miles from the dealership. I called the JMK service dept. and was told that we would have to "make an appointment and bring the car in". Of course we were a little taken back by all of this treatment and our present situation. We did manage to limp home. I would not recomend this dealership to anyone based on my buying experience. More

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Extremely competitive pricing and the most sincere interested sales person I ever worked with at any dealership, Bill Devine. Took my BMW X5 4.8 for recall 13V-045, came in at 8:30 aprox, after waiting for about three hours the advisor came and told me my car was ready, they are washing it, he finally gave me the keys and said i aprox, after waiting for about three hours the advisor came and told me my car was ready, they are washing it, he finally gave me the keys and said i am all set, walking to my car i notice my rims were damaged, took a closer look and saw it was indeed damaged and covered very poorly with black stuff, I notified the advisor and he came and told me the rims was like that when I brought the car in, and there is nothing I can do about it, the manager came out and told me I was a liar and he can"t do anything about it, I ask for the log or pictures they took when I brought the car, they said that they did"nt take any or make any note of it before, I contacted BMWUSA and they said file a report which I did. I will never use JMK BMW again, and let everyone know of my expedience. UPDATE: Carlos Duarte the service manager of JMK had my rims repaired, they did a fantastic job on the painting also, I will still buy my parts from them because they have a wide variety instock, thank you for resolving my issue. This was our first BMW purchase. Bill Devine was really helpful in finding the right car. He explained everything and answered all questions about the car/warranty etc. There was no sales pressure. Plus he was passionate about BMWs and believed in the car he was showing. This made me really comfortable with a BMW purchase. Financing at JMK BMW was a breeze. Finance person explained every number in simple language. I would definitely recommend Bill and JMK BMW to my friends. More
Lauren DeFilippo is the only person you must go to when you have a collission need repair. She took care of my situation and made me feel important and kept me updated with the situation at her end (v you have a collission need repair. I am a very particular and detail oriented person. She made sure I was taken care of. Only ask for Lauren DeFilippo. More
My Wife and I have previously owned 20 BMW's (since 1983) and we are now contemplating the purchase of another. Most came from JMK. Over the years I have also dealt with other dealers in the area 1983) and we are now contemplating the purchase of another. Most came from JMK. Over the years I have also dealt with other dealers in the area and therefore feel well qualified to offer a comparative analysis. The JMK service department is knowledgeable, technically competent, and always performs their role in a timely fashion. I did not always find this to be the case at other dealers. Ditto the new car sales department. On more than one occasion at other dealers, I encountered sales people who were among a group of fast talking pushers, frequently bantering about very technical terms of which they had no concept of the meaning. Not so at JMK !! I look forward to working with Mark Carvalho on the purchase of number 21. Mark is a straight shooter who comes from a technical background at BMW. He knows his product quite well and takes a sincere interest in his customer's needs so as not to oversell or undersell BMW's extensive line of equipment and options. The type of positive experience offered by Mark on behalf of his dealership is what will continue to bring me and other customers back to JMK. More
