He was well versed in the car I was purchasing and made the process as easy as possible. Everything was processed as promised and the closing paperwork process, normally painful, was also made easy. I had made changes to my order several times and even had a change in method pf payment when processing the final payment. JMK and Mark took it all in stride and got me out the door as quickly as possible. Overall a great experience dealing with Mark and I will definately use him again next time. More
