I JUST GET ME THE NEW X1 FROM THIS BRANCH AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, LARRY STEVE AND NICK WERE AWESOME. SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM THE TIME U WALK IN. DIDN'T STAY TOO LONG, PROCESS WAS FAST. Worst Dealership! As an existing BMW customer, I went to the BMW of Springfield with the intention of upgrading from an X4 to either an X5 or X6. From the outset, As an existing BMW customer, I went to the BMW of Springfield with the intention of upgrading from an X4 to either an X5 or X6. From the outset, my experience was far from satisfactory. I wanted to test drive both the X6 and the X5. However, my experience with one of the sales representatives was utterly disappointing. His constant unsolicited instructions and interruptions during the test drive made me feel undermined. When I began to reverse the car, he felt the need to instruct me on the "correct" way to do so. On the highway, he cautioned me to be careful with the "brand new car," implying that I wasn't competent enough to handle it, despite my existing ownership of a BMW. I felt this behavior was not only condescending but also verging on disrespectful. It's hard to say whether these interactions had undertones of prejudice, but the humiliation I felt was palpable. In my years of driving and purchasing cars, I have never had such a disheartening test drive experience. It reached a point where I had to cut short the test drive, hand over the car to him, and state that I was done. I understand the importance of taking care of showroom vehicles, but there's a way to communicate that doesn't belittle or disrespect potential buyers. My experience at BMW of Springfield was a stark contrast to the luxury and professionalism I associate with the BMW brand. I hope that no other customer has to undergo such an unpleasant experience at this dealership. More
I have been to several BMW Dealerships (current BMW owner). However, this dealership is by far THE WORST! I purchased a car from them out of state a few days ago. Drove it back home and the next day it owner). However, this dealership is by far THE WORST! I purchased a car from them out of state a few days ago. Drove it back home and the next day it had to go in to the shop at the BMW dealership here. It’s been there for 2 days now with the techs still working on it! Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache/frustration and venture to another dealership as this one is not worth it! More

I have been a customer of BMW for 23 years. I love BMW but have not always been a fan of the process of getting a new car at the dealerships. That changed when I reached out to BMW of Springfield and was fortunate enough to connect with my salesperson Linnea Swenson. My last two cars, one purchased, and one leased by Linnea and both experiences were everything I could ask for and have always hoped for. From start to finish, there was no stress, and I was nothing but excited and satisfied with the entire experience and my new car! I felt valued and appreciated throughout the whole process. If you’re going somewhere else, it’s probably only because you haven’t been in touch with Linnea Swenson and Gary Price in Finance at BMW Springfield. More
I felt compelled to come here and say a few nice words regarding BMW of Springfield. I own a very unique BMW i8 and the dealership knows me well. It’s a 2015 and literally the car I dreamed of owning as a regarding BMW of Springfield. I own a very unique BMW i8 and the dealership knows me well. It’s a 2015 and literally the car I dreamed of owning as a child is now a reality. I like to keep up on all the servicing, parts replacements, and preemptive issues, and I am very secure in knowing that this dealership has mechanics on staff that specialize in this specific car. They send me a video report of all issues discovered, and get it back to me quickly and like new. Their communication is outstanding every step of the way and work with The warranty company to get me the maximum cost off of my bill. Highly recommended for all BMW owners!
