My experience at the JMK BMW was nothing less than exceptional. My dealership representative, VP Patel, was more than helpful. My first visit to the dealership I was greeted by VP with much enthusiasm exceptional. My dealership representative, VP Patel, was more than helpful. My first visit to the dealership I was greeted by VP with much enthusiasm. I immediately felt comfortable with asking any questions I had about the 3 series. The 3 series is what I thought I wanted but after much conversation and explanation I was sure the 5 series was a better fit for me. It was my first visit so I didn't leave with a car that day. But that wasn't the last time I heard from VP. He checked in with me days after and it was very good to see him take an interest in me and my purchase. He wasn't hounding me about coming in again and didn't feel like he was all about the money. A couple months went pass and me and VP still were in touch and finally I was ready to come back in. VP had found a match for my needs and I was highly impressed by his choice. The day came when I was ready to pull off the lot and standing next to my new purchase was amazing. JMK is now apart of my life journey, this BMW really is an important step in my life and to be able to have such a great purchasing experience was just a blessing despite all the bad things I hear about the car purchasing process. This was no easy since i owed allot and my new car wants were high. He found the right car for me in the end and i am really happy this worked out so well. Next JJ in the finance department really went the extra mile and worked out my leasing terms with BMW Financial Services who were very reluctant to lease to me, JJ made it happen and i am extremely grateful. As for my service experience when i first brought my older car in to see what was going Hilario was very understanding to this very large repair and was fair to me knowing i had few options, he help make this transition smooth. This dealership is the real deal with customer service. From start to finish, they went out of their way to give us true pricing, honest negotiations, were incredibly responsive and consistently courteous. VP was our sales rep and we had a complex family sale/lease situation and he was so patient in working through with us and did the deal entirely via phone/txt/email! He couldn't have made it easier and even made a house call during the holidays to save us a trip to the dealership. Now that's customer service!! Tony handled closing out financing and was never pushy or rude but simply awesome and respectful in working through the numbers. We actually went to another bmw dealership in nj before JMK for another car and let's just say the experience was so disappointing that it led us to look elsewhere for our second car. SO happy we ended up at JMK and will be going back for all future BMW needs!! More
