Left the desk and went around and found me a sales person. Eliz was the best sales person for me, he was honest and so helpful with all my questions. We've had hundreds of transactions; I've ordered thousands of parts, and the only time he gave me the wrong part was when I gave him the wrong number! There's one and only one reason I'm loyal to this BMW dealership and that is Benn. I'd probably drive 2-3 hours to get to Benn, so I'm sort of limited in where I can retire! If it wasn't for Benn, my '99 328i wouldn't have 306,000 miles on it and it wouldn't run as perfectly as it does! Also, Ken in the body shop is also great as is his shop. Thank you, Benn...and thank you Springfield BMW for him! More
