VP Patel is an excellent salesman I'm the guy that all my family and friends go to when they need to buy a car. I've bought 10 cars in the last 3 years, many sight unseen. VP has been excellent to deal with from start to finish, using all technology available to him to do a full walk-around of the used vehicle. He also gave me details about service history you typically don't get. Price was very aggressive and very smooth service. VP is very professional, diligent, and very knowledgeable. I don't think I've come across a better salesman. More

Would no recommend to anyone Went in to purchase a pre owner 2013 BMW 335i xdrive with 27,800 miles but they talked bout the car like it was fully loaded. The car didn't come any packages or anything at all but it was my mistake and I overpaid for it. After owning the car, it didn't have the inspection sticker, as the dealer is supposed to have it on the car, and I was not given a pink slip to indicate that I should get a sticker within 14 days. For that, I received a ticket without knowing that the dealer is supposed to provide it u too the police officer had told me. The car had issues with the breakers, transmission, engine oil being on low level every month after chaing it and the ac would Blow hot air for 5 minutes before cooling down. Overall, I would it recommend this dealer to anyone as they are pretty much ripping people off and they sell their talk rather then their cars. More

good experience I got my X5 from BMW of Springfield, Helen Ng was my sales manager. She helped me a lot. Pros: (1) Price negotiation was easy, configuration process I got my X5 from BMW of Springfield, Helen Ng was my sales manager. She helped me a lot. Pros: (1) Price negotiation was easy, configuration process and all the paper work were transparent, no trick was played by this dealer (compared to my local dealer BMW Greenwich, which treated me like a fool and tried to sell me the X5 at MSRP). That's the reason I choose BMW of Springfield. (2) Sales manager and finance manager were very helpful here. Cons: (1) The registration and plate took too much time, it wasn't ready even after my temporary plate expired. I had to leave my car in the garage and make several calls to push them. Not sure who to blame, maybe the DMV guys :(, but I am happy finally I got the plate. Overall: I will recommend this place to my friends to get BMW. More

Could not have had a better experience - the staff was honest and helpful - making buying my first car a breeze. Although Jeeps aren't the dealers specialty, they set me up with those in Finance, Sales, and Service who knew a ton about Jeeps to help answer any questions I may have had. Chris Tracy even spent an extra 60 minutes helping me swap out the soft for hard rooftop, so I could get both home! Just one example, but many reasons why I'd recommend this dealership to anyone! Dealer was good...Service department horrible I purchased a vehicle from Art who was fantastic and I do love the vehicle. He made my experience so comfortable and everything went smooth. However I waited over 3 weeks for my plates until I contacted the dealer. I then received an email Sunday 8/13 when my temporary expired on 8/14. I drove to the dealer to pick them up and was told to pull into service for them to install the plates and get a car wash which is a free service. When they brought my car back it had a mark on the hood and looked like it was not washed. I told them about the mark that was not there when I came in. The valets who look like teenagers huddled in a group there just looked annoyed like I was bothering them. They again took my car and removed the spot but my car was filthy. The service department seems to be staffed with arrogant teen boys and girls. I am not looking forward to my next appointment and I would never recommend this place to a friend. No wonder the car washes are free, they don't wash it they just tell you they did. I felt very disgusted when I pulled away. Not the way I felt after dealing with Art. That day I left extremely happy, excited & satisfied!! More

I spent tremendous amount of hours in dealerships and I purchased brand new BMW X5 and could not have had a better experience than BMW of Springfield. I spent tremendous amount of hours in dealerships and with online pricing at others but the car buying experience was amazing with Veedit Patel (VP) at BMW of Springfield. He did everything he could to assist in configuring and in the purchase to make sure all expectations were met and we get best of what we wanted. His overall professionalism, personality and respect of the customer was a total class act. When we went to close the deal, everything was ready as VP mentioned we just signed couple of papers and we were good to go. It was the best car buying experience and will be returning to this location for any future purchases. More

And when I got to the dealership there was no surprise and everything went very smooth and quick (really quick). I don't normally leave reviews like this and sometimes feel skeptical about rave on a client advisor but this is my way of thanking him.
