Thanks to my sales associate, Marjana Robert I drove in with a 328i and drove out a few hours later with a 428 Gran Coupe. It was Marjana's professional demeanor and knowledge that sealed the deal. I was dealing with a salesperson at another BMW dealership who sold me my first BMW car and found that he was not giving me the right information or a even a good price when we started looking to buy our second BMW. I then contacted VP who was just wonderful to work with. He was very informed, gave me the best price over the phone, did what he said he would do and then followed up on every stage of the delivery process. Very Professional!!
