After some research I found the exact car with an incredible price at BMW Springfield. Thanks to my sales associate, Marjana Robert I drove in with a 328i and drove out a few hours later with a 428 Gran Coupe. It was Marjana's professional demeanor and knowledge that sealed the deal. Everyone at the dealership made us feel comfortable and showed an honest appreciation for our business. I was dealing with a salesperson at another BMW dealership who sold me my first BMW car and found that he was not giving me the right information or a even a good price when we started looking to buy our second BMW. I then contacted VP who was just wonderful to work with. He was very informed, gave me the best price over the phone, did what he said he would do and then followed up on every stage of the delivery process. Very Professional!! Would no recommend to anyone Went in to purchase a pre owner 2013 BMW 335i xdrive with 27,800 miles but they talked bout the car like it was fully loaded. The car didn't come any Went in to purchase a pre owner 2013 BMW 335i xdrive with 27,800 miles but they talked bout the car like it was fully loaded. The car didn't come any packages or anything at all but it was my mistake and I overpaid for it. After owning the car, it didn't have the inspection sticker, as the dealer is supposed to have it on the car, and I was not given a pink slip to indicate that I should get a sticker within 14 days. For that, I received a ticket without knowing that the dealer is supposed to provide it u too the police officer had told me. The car had issues with the breakers, transmission, engine oil being on low level every month after chaing it and the ac would Blow hot air for 5 minutes before cooling down. Overall, I would it recommend this dealer to anyone as they are pretty much ripping people off and they sell their talk rather then their cars. More
