Why bother? I leased a 2016 BMW from this dealer in July. I made a previous review about the horrible service I got from the service department for simply having them put on my license plates. The young valets that worked there were so unprofessional and rushed me in and out like I was a bother. They were rude and told me they had washed the car but it was filthy. Which I was told I could get it washed anytime. Now 6 months later my BMW with only 3,000 miles started giving me issues. The seatbelt warning came on but no one was in the seat, the clock kept telling me to set the time, the back up camera screen turned red and the wheel and engine lights came on. When I called this dealership I was transferred 3 times on hold for 23 minutes and when I finally got a person on the phone she wasn't the most pleasant. When I leased the car I was made all these false promises that if the car needed service they would pick it up and drop off a loaner. Well I was told they had no loaners and I had to wait. So basically it was okay to drive it with the engine light on. I was so angry so I called Open Road BMW in Edison. They told me to bring the car right away. They took it in and gave me a loaner right on the spot no problem. They told me not to worry about any fees because at 3,000 miles the engine light should not be on. They diagnosed the car and turned out it needed an instrument cluster which should have been replaced previous to me buying it. Although Open Road had my car for approximately 13 days they kept me informed. When I picked the car up it looked like the day I purchased it. It was spotless inside and out. Each employee was professional and pleasant and I would recommend them to all my friends. I will purchase/ lease my next vehicle from Open Road. I can tell you I will never visit Springfield BMW for service or a sale again. They are horrible. The only good part of Springfield BMW was my salesman Art Youman. He was excellent and should think of switching dealers. He was friendly and professional and I'm sad to even have to put him in this review but it is no reflection on him. More

"Client adviser" Rashad Watson was friendly and helpful at the time of sale. Everything was supposed to be good if I didn't have to call them back in two weeks with some issues. I've called numerous times, left messages for sales manager and salesman but no one called back. Finally I was able to call Mr. Watson on his sell phone. After explaining my issue he said "let me work on it and I will call you back in half an hour" Issue still unresolved, no one called back for 4 days. Go elsewhere, these guys did not deserve my business More

My experience was excellent, even when we went to finance. I trust Agata as she was the salesperson who leased me my last BMW. She is not only enormously helpful, but very patient as it took me at least two m I trust Agata as she was the salesperson who leased me my last BMW. She is not only enormously helpful, but very patient as it took me at least two months to decide on my choice of a lease vehicle. Her initial recommendation was in fact the vehicle I chose. I look forward to working with her on my next one. More

What a celebrity treatment! I do truly appreciate the service that was offered to me while I was there earlier this week to buy my new 5 Series 535 xi. It was a pleasure to work I do truly appreciate the service that was offered to me while I was there earlier this week to buy my new 5 Series 535 xi. It was a pleasure to work Art Youman who helped me from the get go to downselect the car I needed, pricing worked like a charm as he was able to meet my expectation w/o any haggling as usually happens in car buying and then finally got the car ready and delivered in time. It was also great to work with their Finance Manager, Charlie Gossner to complete the transaction. He made me understand the paperwork in easy terms w/o any push to buy any additional services which honestly made me comfortable all the time. I am ardent fan of BMW and have had several lease accounts with BMW in the past 12 years with other dealerships in the area but this was my best experience of all. Actually, this time, it was a quite a trip as I drove way north but I am glad that it was well worth! T More

I know, you're probably thinking that I have a relative that works for the dealership and/or I'm getting some kind of reward for writing this positive review about the dealership. Well, that's not the case at all. All kidding aside, I can honestly say that my interactions with those at the dealership from Agata Grzebyk to Ty Alanos were terrific and went a long way to making my car purchase part of a very satisfying shopping experience. So much so that I would recommend to anyone who's reading this review to visit the dealership to see for himself/herself. You truly won't be disappointed with the great level of customer service and professionalism that you'll receive there. I'll keep this short but my story is I was in the market for a BMW M2 back in August of this year. As such, I visited quite a few dealerships in NJ but all of them came across as pushy and wanting to make a quick sale/buck rather than making me feel like I was getting a good deal and being taken care of. Well, that all changed once I stepped through the doors of BMW of Springfield, NJ. There, Agata made sure to make me feel right at home and erase any concerns that might have developed from visiting the other dealerships. She, along with the rest of the staff there, was friendly, courteous, very knowledgable on the M2, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Needless to say, I ended up buying the M2 from her and I couldn't be happier. So, as the title of this review reads, if you're looking for a very satisfying shopping experience on your next or first BMW purchase as was the case with my M2 purchase, make sure to go visit BMW of Springfield, NJ and don't forget to ask for Agata. More
