12/8/22025 I stop by service dept make appointment for recall. They said recall repair take several hour or more. I Schedule the date and time. The problem at loaner car. They said vehicle under company recall. They said recall repair take several hour or more. I Schedule the date and time. The problem at loaner car. They said vehicle under company name can’t get loaner car. They want me take Uber. So I leave service dept. Next day, I call BMW USA customer service. They told me company vehicle or personal vehicle are same. They told me each dealer has diffence policy and want me call dealer ask manager or superior. Also I stop by and call other 2 dealer. They all have loaner car for me with no question. 12/10/2025 I call service dept ask manager. One lady answer the phone (I don’t know was manager or not). She said I can get loaner car, but I need insurance company send me a letter. I don’t know what letter. I think her just looking for other reason refuse me. The insurance card working Motor Vehicle but not working at this dealer. I don’t know when BMW services like this. Cancel this service and find other dealer. More
** SCAM ALERT! !** DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE! I went in for paint less dent removal which is covered under my BMW warranty package. This dealer tried to charge !** DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE! I went in for paint less dent removal which is covered under my BMW warranty package. This dealer tried to charge me over $500 even though my warranty document states any paint less dent removal is free. I contacted BMW corporate directly and they set up an appointment and sent someone out to do the dent removal completely FREE! The tech came out and was done within 10 minutes. Its sick to think that if I took this dealership's word, they would have robbed me of over $500. SCAMMERS! More

Service tried to scam me for $1,000s in repairs. They then held the vehicle and demanded $250 fee to release. Terrible experience. I purchased a used m340i as an out of state buyer. I searched a long time for the exact car, color, and set of options I wanted. I researched the dealer too, and thought the reviews were reliable. Isabella misrepresented the condition of the exterior and interior: she described the exterior as “perfect” but when the car arrived, there were a dozen nicks and dings, and scratches down to the metal on each front door. Scratches to the interior leather as well. Months of back and forth with a “Guest Experience Director” in which I jumped through one hoop after another only resulted in a denial of responsibility. Caveat emptor - this is not an honest business. More
