What I liked most about Will was that I felt like I wasn't being sold. It felt like I was being shown a car by a guy who really loves BMW. This guy truly is a fan of the company and loved sharing his knowledge. I ended up buying a car and truly felt like he was working for me and my best interest, including giving me the best price he could. One thing I thought I could live without is "customer service" but once you have experienced how great they treat you it would be hard to do without it. Great service, great experience, great place.
