This information in this review is not factual and should be removed. The email correspondence with this customer (below)disputes the customers version. Cassie Owens was the sales person that assisted. Cassie emailed him a copy of the window sticker prior to his visit – here is her email (without the window sticker) Her email and his response was sent 4/23/09: Mr Roszak- Here are the specs on the 2008 BMW 4.8i X5. I apologize for the format. For some reason I couldn't get it to straighten out. Sorry! The cash price of this vehicle is $54,847, and thats a savings of over $6800 off the original sticker price! I also looked into the RX, as well and we do have the Smoky Granite available with all the options you were looking for on the vehicle. It even has Premium Sound, Parking Sensors, and Remote Start. The sticker price for this vehicle is $46, 290. Thank you again for your interest and let me know if you have any other questions! Have a wonderful day. Here is his response prior to coming to our store: Cassie, thank you for all of the information. It was very helpful. The X5 is probably not in the running. If I am reading the detail right, it’s missing a few key things that I would want, like backup camera and XM radio. The RX sounds good though. I guess I would need to compare it to one with the extra 4k in options. So, if I can get away, I plan to come to Springfield on Saturday and will arrive late morning/early afternoon. I’ll take a look at everything you have and go from there. I will let you know for sure tomorrow night. Thanks!
